• Product Limited Lifetime Warranty (“Limited Lifetime Warranty”).

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase made on https://bluedaisyusa.com, BlueDaisy honors a thirty (30) day return policy. The product must be returned UNOPENED in its original packaging with the proof of purchase to BlueDaisy. A full refund will be provided (exclusions may apply).

                                             Product Limited Lifetime Warranty

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is for the life of the product covered by this warranty. Over time products may become obsolete due to advances in technology, therefore, this Limited Lifetime Warranty covers a FREE replacement of the same or similar product of equal value, solely at BlueDaisy's discretion, within the reasonable lifespan of the product.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the lifespan of various products, not the life of the purchaser or any other individual. Considering the foregoing, BlueDaisy has determined that the reasonable lifespan of the products covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty to be two (2) years from the original date of purchase of the product. 

During that time the Limited Lifetime Warranty is in effect, BlueDaisy warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. BlueDaisy will replace a product if the product does not perform as intended due to defective parts or workmanship. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not extend to instances where the product is damaged through use for which it was not intended, such as misuse, mishandling, removal and/or re-installation, neglect, accident, tampering, unauthorized modification or alteration.

                                                   LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUEDAISY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS PRODUCT, OR THE PERFORMANCE OR BREACH THEREOF, EVEN IF BLUEDAISY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. BLUEDAISY’S LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER, IF ANY, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE TOTAL OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE WARRANTED PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THEREFORE, SECTIONS OF THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

                                        ALL OTHER WARRANTIES DISCLAIMED

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR PROMISES INCONSISTENT, OR IN ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY ARE UNAUTHORIZED AND SHALL NOT BE BINDING UPON BLUEDAISY.

                                                         Conditions of Warranties

ALL warranties claims for BlueDaisy products must be processed through the warranty processing portal at http://Twiddlemefree.com

Replacement product under the Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided as an electronic coupon for a FREE item delivered to the e-mail on file for the claim, with a credit value no greater than the dollar value of the item being replaced. The coupon can be redeemed at https://bluedaisyusa.com/shop . BlueDaisy Limited Lifetime Warranties are non-transferrable. Returning the product is generally not required. Coupon expires 30 days after issuance.

From time to time, and at its own discretion, BlueDaisy may request a product to be sent back for evaluation before approving a Limited Lifetime Warranty claim. In that event, BlueDaisy will issue and RMA# and a Prepaid Shipping Label. 

Any purchases made on https://bluedaisyusa.com, are offered with a 30-DAY Money Back Guarantee. The product must be returned to BlueDaisy with its original product packaging unopened  and with proof of purchase. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping expenses.

NOTE: Returns received by BlueDaisy without the RMA# will not be processed and will not be returned to customer.

FOR ALL CLAIMS

1. Fill out and SEND the Warranty Claim Form at Twiddlemefree.com
2. Claims with incorrect and/or missing required information will not be processed 
3. Check your email for instructions
4. Claims are processed daily Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 2:30 pm except on holidays. Claims received on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

FOR LIMITED LIFETIME CLAIMS 

1. Limited Lifetime Warranty - No product returns necessary (see Conditions of Warranty).
2. A coupon for a FREE item will be delivered to the email provided in the Warranty Claim Form. 
3. Coupons expires 30 days after issuance and are 1-time use.
4. Coupons are redeemable at http://BlueDaisyusa.com  

FOR 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 

1. The product must be returned to BlueDaisy unopened, unused and in its original product packaging
2. Sender is responsible for paying return shipping expenses.
3. Upon processing and approving the initial claim, BlueDaisy will issue and deliver an Authorization Number (RMA#) to the email provided in the Warranty Claim Form
4. Print the e-mail and include it with the returning product.
5. Include your RMA# on your shipping label.
6. Upon confirming and approving the claim BlueDaisy will issue a full refund to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns received by BlueDaisy without the appropriate RMA# will not be processed and will not be returned to customer.
